为什么注册电话没有美国的区号001及电话号的设定。买时不用，软件更新无法使用

After the last update I can’t move my camera in any direction. I reset and reboot the camera many times and there is no movement at all. What is wrong with that software update?!

My VPN appliance uses the 10.*.*.* address space and the wifi router the 192.168.*.* range. The app can’t handle the different address spaces! And with the web interface gone in the newer firmware versions, you’re left with zero control and no access to *your* security cameras! Both software and hardware rendered useless because of this. Stay away from cam hi and p2pip powered cameras!

This application is very buggy not very intuitive for those who use a lot of iOS apps. Trying to use this on my Apple Vision Pro there’s no way to get the video to go in the right direction so it’s sideways

More Chinese crap. Cannot get any of the record settings to work. Reset, reinstalled, still nothing. Find something else.

The shameless software developer, after the version upgrade, has to provide a Chinese mobile phone number to continue using it. How can American users have Chinese mobile phone numbers?

Two I Phones and two I Pads were updated this morning, 4/22/2023. Upon opening the app I was greeted with the add a camera icon. My cameras were no longer visible on any of the four devices. Seems ridiculous that such a flawed update was allowed to be sent out!

Simple straight forward app that has what you need and not so complicated you never know all the features , great functionality

Tried all my settings that I have used for years and every setup I enter in the email setting fails. Come on!

Great app but 15 seconds to record isn’t long enough , the app should record at 30 seconds or given the option to record up to 1 minute.

Required to change password before you can do anything. Uninstalled app and used web browser instead

I’ve found the app to be fairly reliable during the course of the past two years. However, upon updating my iPhone to iOS 16 this weekend, I am unable to turn the view or enlarge it without the image becoming distorted (stretched) I understand it is a compatibility issue. But needs to be addressed in this app as Apple will tell me to try a different app.

I like the app have had cameras and app for 5+ yrs but it needs sound alarm not just email and a slight ding notification. When I’m sleeping I want to be woken up with motion alarm not see it next morning on screen or in email. Thanks for considering this upgrade

on the iOS platform it works quite well but on the Android platform the app closes when trying to connect or search for a new device.

Great app. Buuuuut you changed the password setup to a mandatory 8 character string. So when trying to troubleshoot it’s nice to leave the login and password as admin admin. Recommend you go back to the previous and let the app users decide to make the password what they want to even if it’s a weak temporary one. But when its running it works great. Would be a 5 star if it didn’t change that part.

There is no fast forwarding allowed when viewing online videos that are saved to the SD card. It is annoying that such a basic and universal feature is left out. There should x2, x4, x8 and perhaps x12 speed viewing but there using any. The only way you can do this is by downloading the saved video first. Not good!!!

This app worked great with our cameras and sending notifications until the last few updates. Now I’m not getting any notifications (email or push). I wish they would stop trying to fix what wasn’t broken. Now they have to fix everything.

After Google changed their 3rd party app policy in May, email snapshot notifications stopped working. Can’t get it function to work on other email apps either. This was the best feature of the app! Let’s hope there is a fix soon!!

Camera isn’t bad quality however the app is actually useless it crashes 99% of the time when you try and log on. I get network anomaly and then it resets u get a 2 second view of the camera. It very rarely works so I have bought other more reliable name brand cameras. Whoever made this app should find another line of work.

I’ve got 7 SV3C cameras . For 6 years the email function on this app worked flawlessly then Google and yahoo decided to help us be more secure and now I can’t get emails from the cameras. Not sure if there is a fix in a hopefully soon update but if there isn’t I recommend getting something else!!

When trying to use the microphone to transmit audio over the camera, my phone shuts off! The cameras are nice but the app is junk!

Good app along with its brother camhipro

CamHi has been good but about a month ago I began to be emailed someone else’s pictures when the motion was activated. I thought it was crazy. Today I’m getting pictures of someone’s kitchen and see them walking by. And the other camera is still being emailed to me, totally spooky! I tried to contact CamHi but cannot find any contact info. If anyone has suggestions let me know. It is a painful process deleting all these pictures.

They are hard to set up But once up I love them Suddenly today our notification instead of coming up in English saying alarm. Comes up in Russian translated into family homestead How do I change that

After most recent update, the camera doesn’t work with app. Says factory password is wrong. Please provide solution.

its not a tip. its do it or else. makes app useless to me. i got too many difficult passwords as it is. let the user decide what kind of password protection he needs

It stopped connecting, so I removed and installed the newest app version. Now, no matter what I try I get red letters saying “wrong password,” with no way to get to a location to reset the password. No online help that addresses this issue.

Cameras no longer work since iOS was updated to iOS 15. Worked fine until then. Keep getting messages that password is wrong.

On my iPad, it insists on portrait orientation. Unacceptable.

Wish I had my money back for this steaming pile of @$&! The camera records as it should, but the app is unable to maintain a connection with the camera for purposes of reviewing recordings. This makes both completely useless. When I try to review the recordings, I consistently get one of two error messages. “Network anomaly” or “connection lost” Do yourself a favor and shop another product. This one is trash.

This app is simple and effective

I am a network engineer. This app is forcing location privileges on your phone that are NOT associated with the operation of the camera or app. And prevent the app from operating if you decline. When the app is working, it’s terrible. Do not waste your time and jeopardize your security. There are numerous apps you can use for network cameras, you DO NOT have to use their app like they lead you to believe. (Edit: I could not believe this app had even 3 stars, so I scrolled through the reviews. It is immediately obvious that the 5 star written reviews are fake or staged.) Steer clear of this app, it is deceptive and malicious.

I’ve tried so many different thing to get the email notifications, but can’t seem to get it to work. Other than that, I think it’s a decent program.

I don’t know if I’m the only one or not but after this latest update, I’m no longer receiving alerts (IPhone 12 Pro Max) when my cameras detect movement. I have got to learn that not all updates are good ones and stick with what works!! It doesn’t matter what settings I try, all of a sudden no alerts are coming to my phone. I have to open the app and look at what recordings have been captured, which would be to late if there is an actual intruder :-(

The latest version demands changing the default username and password. These defaults are needed by ONVIF inclusion by the NVR. The is no opt out. This app is now useless

No idea why it suddenly ask me to sign in. And I am not able to create an account with my cell phone number at all. It did not send text to me. So I am not able to see the camera on my phone. So it is useless.

Camera states it’s has the wrong password after working fine for two year. No one has changed the password it just stopped working.

This Chinese app is now FORCING you to turn on precise location in order for you to connect to your local camera. If you don’t give them ALL the information they want they block out the apps features and you can no longer access any of your cameras without allowing them to spy on your location.

Unfortunately this camera drops off line frequently! The quality of the videos are not very clear, it’s hard to even read the license plate of a car driving by. I attempted to set a better quality of the video, but it keeps changing back to a lower quality setting. I have yet to be able to set it up to email me motion notification photos. I have several other Security cameras that are very easy to enable this feature, but not this one. Although it’s probably just as well because it has motion alerts for every single movement of trees, cars driving by, animals, etc. I would prefer a human detection feature to alleviate so many false alerts. I’m very upset that they’ve taken away the feature that highlights the last video you played. It made it much easier to keep track when you’re viewing several playback videos. Why would they take away a feature that was so helpful!?I did notice the CamHi Pro app does still highlight your previously played video, but it’s ability to zoom in quickly by fingertip is terrible, it distorts the video badly and is very difficult to zoom into a particular spot. The older Camhi is better for that feature. But I shouldn’t have to use two apps to get the features I need. I do love that I can preset viewing areas by number, but the ability to smoothly transition the camera from one spot to another leaves a lot to be desired. Camera motion is very jerky and hard to set precisely where you want it. Lots of improvement needed on this app.

It would be a great app if I could scan through videos like an iPhone video…without downloading the whole video and formatting each video to be viewed on the iPhone.

This camera is too easy for someone to hack into. Security is awful…don’t buy. I have two and neither of them are on line because both have been hacked

Not sure why the applet does not have refresh feature...? I can look at four cameras showing wha was a few days ago...

The recent update for viewing 4 cams is great, finally, thank you! We need this for the Apple TV and a Mac version. It would also be helpful if eBay sellers would list which app works with their cams, some do and some don’t, so check before you buy. Would also be nice if the 2-way audio worked but maybe that’s a firmware issue on the cam itself and not app related. I gave it 4 stars only because of no Apple TV and Mac app.
