Camera app ok but doesn’t zoom in or out/focus in/out. Why have the option if it’s useless

Update 1/4/18. Did the latest app update in January. All 3 cameras now work ok on my android Samsung S6 and Apple 7plus on both WiFi and phone networks. Had issues before where cameras were only showing on WiFi network only but after update all cameras are working on home WiFi and cell phone network. Wish you could get rid of annoying notification (Apple only) that you are not on your home WiFi.

The app in overall looks like an unfinished product. Wasn’t able to set up email settings even thought they were correct, It didn’t recorded to sd card even I set it, no option to turn it off, from the app, in the app it displays “online” recordings but only god knows where is this online is since I didn’t set any cloud/FTP. Went to schedule notifications and there are only 2 optioned: off and on, why you call it schedule it’s only 2 modes setting? The camera is nice but the app just horrible.

This needs to be fixed pointless to have if it’s not updated and can’t use on iPhone X

I’ve been using this app for my cameras for a couple months and haven’t had any issues. It does need the option to view multiple cameras at one time.

Can’t enter space in password!

If it rains I’m constantly getting a motion notification every 30 seconds please fix this this is the most important thing to me I want it to notify me when someone is in my yard at 2:00 a.m. or varmints tearing up my grass not when a drop of water falls in front of camera.

Could be a higher star app if I could figure out how to setup remote viewing on the app instead of on a browser!

Cannot view videos without first downloading, When clicking on file list, click view, screen changes to blank screen and then reverts back to file list

Update: Ive discovered I cannot configure a schedule for the motion alarm but can do so using the PC program. Ive lowered my rating to 4-stars until this feature is added to the app. Otherwise the alarm feature is useless as all my employees at work were tripping the alarm every 5 seconds lol Original: I have used many IP camera apps and have never been impressed. I bought a pair of SV3C cameras and this app is recommended and it is by far the best camera app Ive used. Thank you for all the hard work that went into this app!

Need to fix pronto

Update 1/2/18. Did app update yesterday. All 3 cameras work ok on my android Samsung S6 and Apple 7plus on both WiFi and phone networks. The Apple 6plus still showing 1 camera on phone network and all 3 on WiFi. All 3 cameras have different firmwares. Could this be the problem?

I’m sure there are some folks out there who only run one or two cameras so for them, this app is perfect! I’ve got mine dialed into 8 different cameras and I don’t like having to switch between each one to see what’s going on when an alert comes across the phone for motion detection. I’d LOVE to see this app get the ability to split the cameras into 4 screens on a smaller screen. If that happens this app would be perfect. It’s a little buggy from time to time with the network connection stuff still but overall it does what it needs to do.

Hi, I have a iPhone 6 Plus and I have been having issues ever since the last apple iOS update. Of the 3 cameras I have I can only see 1. Sometimes all 3 will work and a next time only 2 or 1. My wife have a iPhone 7 Plus and she have no issues whatsoever. Please check and fix please. Thanks

In general app works well with iGeek outdoor camera. Motion detection is too sensitive even on low setting. Wish it had the ability to define a detection zone for motion. I think that would resolve the problem. Thanks!

It no longer opens for iphone 5c. please fix it!! App was working fine in previous version now it just closes by itself :(

The last few updates have been awful. App shows connected online but when I click on the camera there is no picture. It tries to connect but never does.
