With all these recent updates I can’t play any of the recordings! The app was great till few months ago. I have iPhone 7.

Can not get back online. Tried reload app no changes. Tried reloading camera - still offline. It has been one problem after another since Sept 30th update. Please resolve these issues. I have no camera coverage.

Sorry to report that version 3.0.0 fail to play some recorded video, now it ask if we want to play each vidéo( i do not see this as an improvement )the dark player interface does not help ( the older translucent is better ), luckly i have a way to downgrade to the oldest version.Fail the same on I Phone6 and 6s IOS8.3 and 9.3.3 We think a new version is better but it is better to read the review before upgrade to the latest.

Still cant review online recordings after saving local time to the device. Just get a white screen most of the times...

The latest version is missing the number pad so I cant call up any of my set camera positions. Please put in a new fix asap

Numbered presets do not appear anymore. Numbers 1-8 fail to appear. Get error! Value Range 1-255. I would also change the "Call" button text to "Go".

Very poorly done for iPhone. Cant play or download videos since update, no automatic rotation for view.

Very poor product. Despite saying theres a reset button theres is none to be found. Even in the hole marked "reset". Also cannot get two way audio to work either. Havent even got to recording yet. Very frustrating.

Since iOS 11 this app doesn’t work. The lag on the video is atrocious. Also, the instructions on how to connect to pc do not work. Come on guys. Figure this out. Otherwise I’ll return this expensive paperweight you call a camera

Hey there. Oct 3 update still doesn’t work! For IOS See below: Update: aug 16: can get recorded videos to play if I always go in and change your time settings to sync with phone. Have to do this every time however. Please fix. Seems to be a time sync issue. Will not play recorded videos otherwise and also will not download videos like u claim. Was working fine prior to this aug 16 update. Please fix. Seems like u have a lot of users building up your bad ratings because of this. iOS 10.3.3 iPhone 6

Easy to setup and manage. Camera easy to configure using app. Video that is played back is clear. However Viewing the recordings on the app though has a bad flaw. When viewing online video the time stamp you click never lines up with the video that is actually played. For example if you click time stamp 12/12/16 08:00 the video that gets played might be 12/12/16 04:15. Seems like this would be an easy programming fix.

Ok I bought the camera from amazon and CamHi is the app to operate the camera, set up was very easy and got it working in just a few minutes. But then the CamHi app would just keep showing no network connection. I got the motion notifications so the camera is online for sure. This apps is not communicating with the camera. What a waste of time!

The time stamp keeps changing and is never correct

App has worked perfect until recently, Ive been getting no network connection check connection and try again. But still works...how do I contact company???

After upgrading my iphone to, i could not use this app to view my cameras anymore. However it works on lower ios version and home wifi network. Please fix and maintain the app because this app supports commercial purposes. Thanks

This is a terrible app. WARNING: dont buy this camera. Its a waste of money. It doesnt even work because if you update to a new iOS version, the camera SAIDS its not compatible. PLS FIX THIS.

App doesnt work on cell phone network anymore ...please update you app...I am unable to utilize app support site because its in another language ...please help

Not a bad device. I think the app could improve, but really, they update and do bug fixes often so, no issues with me. You can listen and talk and you can add an SD card for recording on... Im cool with it.
