For four months now I have tried to figure out how to turn the volume up on the cam hi notification if you can’t hear it when somebody is stealing your $38,000 car it is useless when you try to contact the company in China their email addresses say error I’m really really pissed off with this company I’ve also spent three months now trying to find an alternative app that notifies you via SMS anyone got any ideas
Anything from china they wont back up. I use camhi android software is worst app
The app keeps crashing after update..can't even get past the Add Camera and it crashes.
My system has been working fine since I installed them. Now all of a sudden my app tries to connect to the camera's and the app shuts down on its own. I tried to reinstall the app with the same results. Looking for help.
A month ago my cameras not conection with the server. My cell phone is Redmi 6 Android 8.1.0 O11019
Poorly designed app. Two weeks ago the CamHi lost the abiloity to connect ot the cam while away/out of site and on other Wifis or 4G. Seems fine when close to the camera but then the camera's WiFi won't work. Seems like a big jumble to mee and cannot fond a solution. CamHi could help please?
App is fine but the picture from the cam in daylight is just too dark with no instructions how to brighten it. Indeed the whole system has no instructions other than the quick set up. Poor support and information
The app might need to update
The camera is great but the app needs to update or something. The first few months never had a problem, now I have to delete the camera from app and re-add it all the time
For three months the camera and software ran fine. Then suddenly the camera won't connect to wifi. Says can't connect offline, then says connect to wireless but doesn't open the wireless dialogue setup. It's an endless loop. 2 cameras and I can't use either. Do these CamHi people have any support site?
Poor instructions
The screenshots shown here do not match the phone app. There are a lot fewer features on the phone and few instructions on how to operate. I’m hoping future updates improve the app.
Camera is not connecting
Im trying to connect camera with mobile but its not working. I tried all possible ways all instructions but its not connecting
No Notification
Notification stopped working. It was working before. Motion detection still works as it is recording to SD, however not sending notification to my iPhone.
Horrible on Iphone
App only works properly on Android. My iPhone is saying I have no recordings while Android list all my recordings

Camera was working great at first. But the volume didn’t work. Then after a few weeks it was slow to connect. Now starting today, I am having terrible issues connecting. Please fix this!!!!

Great simple app that works but Ive lost all my cameras after the last update. Cant get them back online
Control the camera
Pleas add arrow buttons for every direction. It is convenient for the users to control the camera. Finger swipe is painful. Please take my suggestion. It will be pleasant for users. Thanks!
We all been caught. This is the only app you can get that works with cameras that have 17UID instead of 20 digit UID NEVER AGAIN BUY A CAM WITH A 17 DIGIT UID UID (check before you buy) All other apps are 20 UID. Anyway. The App. Crude. Needs refining.

the camera works great inside the house when i'm home, for some reason not working on wifi when out of reach/out of the house. How do i fix this please?

After the last update the motion detector stopped working. Please fix that!
