Excellent app no issues

Really nice camera, as a user I would like to see configuration options for the alarm action so that I do not get consistent alerts during the day when the kids are playing

Can be even better when notifications tell which camera by name. By uid cant remember which camera. Better add options to save online video to local from app.

Complains that wifi is off on every load. No way to adjust motion detect area. You have to use IE in a PC browser. No way to delete a camera without uninstalling the app. Please fix.... cameras work just fine its much easer to set them up in a web browser. You can use the foscam ipcamtools to find the IP address and then enter that in yoru browser . Then you can setup your wireless. Motion detection actualy has windows you can move around but only in IE.

You gotta be kidding me? Every time an update comes through, something new is broken. Can you just fix it and leave it alone?? Please? It keeps cutting the second stream down to 384 bitrate or less every time I open it on my phone. And it ends up reducing the bitrate on the main stream on my home computer where it needs to record.

The app is always crashing

Tried this on two different iPhones. The camera set was ok, but after the app crashes whenever you try to open it. Was this even tested?

App was working great until this update. Now screen is pushed to the left and blank on right side. PLEASE FIX!!!!!

Camera works great but no audio on iPhone - please help or fix!!! Nothing in manual to help with audio.

Camera actually works in and out of network. But controlling the cam is a mess. This is just a poorly designed app

I have tried everything, including contacting the company, and still cant get the software to do what its supposed to. The only way I can view the Jennov camera is to sign out of my home wifi, sign on to the cameras wi-fi. This takes time so is not helpful if I want to see who is at the front door. Also, were supposed to be able to access the camera when we are away from home and I cant connect to the camera unless Im at home. Reviewers on Amazon have suggestions about how to do this, but it involves complicated (at least, for me) port forwarding, something Im not savvy enough to do. Additionally, I wish the designers of the app would work with an English translator because its extremely hard to understand what the instructions are. If I hadnt already screwed the camera to the house and scratched its bracket, I would have returned it. :(

Here we go again! Just did the new update today 8-15-2017 Now the pan and tilt, does not work? So needless to say, the presets, also not working? Come on guys fix the audio on the iPad! I will say this, the video is crystal clear! Now look at the new bugs, that are now, in the new release! Fix the Audio! I will change my review, when Audio works! No Audio on iPhone or iPad? First it wouldnt finish updating, then when it finally did, now I cant even open the app!

Latest update ask to change password but wont let you do it. Camera has stopped functioning. Look elsewhere for a camera.

Unable to setup or call on the latest version of camhi. IPad model 1823, screen prompts to enter 1-255, but no onscreen keypad to do this. Have to move the camera around manually. Update: todays (16Aug2017) update. Maybe I missed, by pressing the enter 1-255 prompt, the numeric keypad appears for data entry. I notice 255 doesnt work on my model, may depend what your cameras memory is capable of.

Before updating was able to watch recorded motion activations, now spinning wheels and lost connection

Recent update is really stupid. Used to be presets were 16 easily called up buttons. Two keystrokes. Now in order to have 255 presets (who would need that?) you have to tap on preset, tap on current number, tap on delete, tap on new number, tap on Call. Idiocy. Software engineer should be fired.
