Cannot control directions with the app through my phone on my ip camera

Good quality camera, but lousy for instructions on how to use it. Another Chinese product without proper docs. Does not explain how to setup motion activated photos, video, sound or access SD card. Cannot recommend this camera.

When i go on my 4G network.. Then i dont get a connection... When i go back on my Wifi its works... uhm i got this thing... for outside my place.... So place help...

Camera app works great. Problem is I have no sound. When clicking on sound icon nothing happens. Works on my daughters phone but not mine. If I keep trying it comes up with unfortunately package installer has stopped working. This happens every time??

Recent update caused picture on iPad to be squeezed to left. Items like cars look like VW Beetles. Works fine on Android phone. Is there a way to return picture on iPad to proper proportions? Is there a way to load previous program before up date? Tried erasing program and reloading no result. Was great program before recent update.

Hello in your app, when i record a video from iphone, i can then only see it in your app, i can not save it or share it how to do

with latest version of app I cannot hear what is happening in the room, and the microphone to talk from my phone app to baby, no longer appears. There is no audio in either direction. I tried reseting camera and that didnt help either. The app version i installed in august of 2016 worked fine. I had no audio problems. But now i cannot hear baby and cannot talk to baby. I have an android phone. Please instruct me how to fix this. Thank you

Works fine but cannot get it to record to FTP no matter what I try. Need full documentation in English.
